Terms and Conditions
Updates – These terms and conditions are up to date as of the time of your order with Premier Book Club. We may update these terms from time to time; any updates will be provided in writing. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice, provided the changes do not affect the core features of the product.
Customer Service – For general queries, please email our team at premierbookclub@cs-support.co.uk or call us on 0345 1746 013. Our Customer Service hours are 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, with a maximum wait time of five minutes. We are closed on weekends, bank holidays, and during a set period over the Christmas holidays (please call for specific dates). Written correspondence should be sent to Premier Book Club, DRMG House, Cremers Road, Sittingbourne, Kent, ME10 3US. We aim to respond to written correspondence within 5 working days.
Trial Period – You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of your order during which you can return the product and request a full refund. Membership can be cancelled at any time during this period for any reason by contacting us.
Membership – Membership is a monthly subscription service costing £10 per month, which entitles you to four books each month. The subscription is charged on the same date each month as your initial order. If your books have not arrived within 5 days of this date, please contact us to request an extension of your cooling-off period. Payments are processed on the next working day if they fall on a non-business day. All fees include VAT where applicable.
Cancellation – You can cancel your membership at any time by contacting us via phone, email, or postal mail. To ensure cancellation before the next billing cycle, we recommend contacting us by the day before the billing cycle of any month. Use the contact details provided above, and include your customer number and relevant personal details to facilitate the process.
Returns and Refund Policy – If you wish to return the books and cancel the membership, please do so during the trial period. Contact us by calling 0345 1746 013, emailing premierbookclub@cs-support.co.uk, or writing to Cancellations, DRMG House, Cremers Road, Sittingbourne, Kent, ME10 3US. Include your customer number, name, telephone number, and address in all communications to facilitate your request.
Complaints – Please submit complaints in writing to ensure a swift resolution. Address them to the Complaints Department, Premier Book Club, DRMG House, Cremers Road, Sittingbourne, Kent, ME10 3US. We aim to resolve all complaints within one working day of receipt.
Privacy & Account Information – Any data collected is handled in accordance with GDPR (EU) 2016/679. Your information will only be used to process membership fees and, with your permission, to occasionally offer you new products or upgrades. To change your communication preferences or request removal of your data, please contact us via email, phone, or letter. Non-payment information may be retained to ensure future privacy and non-contact if requested.
